29th Annual Easter Egg Hunt
Saturday, April 19th, 2014
PROMPTLY AT 12:00 p.m. (noon)
The Mountain Iron Parks and Recreation Department will be sponsoring the 29th Annual Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, April 19th, 2014 at the Merritt Elementary School grounds. This event will begin promptly at 12:00 p.m. (noon). The Easter Bunny will be on hand to meet the children. This event is open to all children 12 years of age or under. There will be separate areas for those children three years and under, four to six years, and seven to twelve years old.
PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BASKET/BAG FOR THE HUNT.
From 11:00 – 12:30: Bake Sale by the Friends of the Library. Most items are $3.00 per plate unless otherwise marked.
The Friends of the Library will also have a concession stand.
The Mountain Iron Fire Department will have their vehicles on display, giving tours and handouts to the children.
Prizes awarded for Best Hand Crafted Decorated Easter Bonnet and Best Decorated Recycled Easter Basket.
Parents are welcome to volunteer at this event by pre-registering. Please call Sally at 735-8625 or 750-7219 if you are interested in helping.

REGISTRATION FORMS FOR ALL THE PROGRAMS HAVE BEEN HANDED
OUT AT THE MIB ELEMENTARY SCHOOL & JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL.
FORMS ARE ALSO AVAILABLE AT THE MOUNTAIN IRON CITY HALL OR
ON THE CITY WEB SITE AT www.mtniron.com
YOU MAY MAIL IN OR DROP OFF YOUR REGISTRATION FORMS AND FEES AT THE MOUNTAIN IRON CITY HALL BY 4:00 P.M. ON FRIDAY, MAY 2ND, 2014.
REGISTRATION FORMS RECEIVED AFTER MAY 2nd, 2014 WILL REQUIRE AN ADDITIONAL FEE OF $10.00 FOR PROCESSING.
